Church Repairs
Here are some before and after images. The ductwork was exposed in the attic and unsealed with the unit sucking air into it from the attic through the filter rack. We removed the racks, installed new Aprilaire Purifiers and sealed them. This church now saves on average of $800 yr. on cooling in the summertime!

Horror Project / Horror Project Repairs
This was a rental for an investor. Electricity was flowing back into the neutral bar from the electric stove. This was making the furnace not work. They paid someone to replace the furnace. That person installed an upflow furnace instead of a downflow. You can see in the pictures that I pointed out where the filter is and the air is flowing against it. They used spray foam to connect their ductwork. When they realized the ductwork in the slab was broken and clogged. They tried to put all the ductwork in the attic. Their ductwork was unsealed and uninsulated! This resulted in an extremely mad owner and tenant!
